Swans Construction operates from a 20-acre operations facility designed to support our commercial construction, maintenance, and snow-management services. Our facility includes a 56-by-62-foot heated shop with a full-size truck lift, dedicated fleet and equipment storage, material-staging areas, and approximately 260,000 pounds of bulk salt-storage capacity.
